youtube viewing problem

Last night I discovered while watching a video, I can not use either of the right hand side vertical scroll bars . I still have internet explorer 7. Any ideas?

at the Rock & Roll hall of fame concert, Nash was not wearing shoes during their set. Went back and found "Teach your children" in You Tube and he did not wear shoes years ago either. Is there a story behind this?

searched everything google has but I find very few of the pre 1971 scans. I would

The Weather

Hey, I just thought it might be interesting to keep a diary of the weather since we live in different places, Europe and America and other places. We all know global warming is getting pretty frightening now and we are definitely seeing more extreme changes in our weather here in Ireland. But apart from that it's just interesting to learn what sort of climate and weather is going on in different parts of the world at the same time on any given day or season ....

I'll start -

Today is 1st November 2009 and the weather here in Dublin is CRAP ! It lashed rain all last night and howled wind and right now it is sunny but there are enormous gusts of wind which feel like they are going to blow the house down and heavy bursts of rain every 20 minutes or so. It is fairly mild though, but I think it's due to get colder.

Actually it might be better to report it at the end of the day, as we often get 4 seasons in the one day here.

Ironic that Paul and Artie played Thursday night during game two of the World Series. Paul is a huge Yankees fan, and Artie's a Phillies fan.

They can call this the Simon and Garfunkel series.

expensive tickets are still available on ticketmaster.com, and go to http://www.1iota.com/ this website i just learned today has been giving out FREE obstructed view tickets for this event. It lists thursday being sold out, but someone on the Springsteen site said that it said sold out earlier this week, yet they were able to get tickets today.

On Monday 26th October Paul co-chaired Chance and Chemistry: A Centennial Celebration of Frank Loesser, a concert benefiting the Actors Fund in Broadway New York City. Frank Loesser has been called the most versatile of all Broadway composers, having supplied both music and lyrics for such varied works as Guys & Dolls, Where's Charley?, The Most Happy Fella and How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying.
Paul hit the stage at Broadway's Minskoff Theatre to perform "On A Slow Boat To China", he then returned to the stage at the end of the night to take a bow with all the show's performers, including Brian Stokes Mitchell, Michelle Lee, John Stamos and Art Garfunkel.

Quotes/Thoughts on the Central Park Concert?

Hey all!

I have to write a commemorative speech on an event for my speech course (I hate speech, BTW, but that's an entirely different posting).

Anyway, I'm trying to choose subjects that I'm passionate about so that it will make the speech easier for me.
So, naturally, I'm speaking on the S&G concert in Central Park!

Does anyone have any thoughts on what makes the event so significant, either to the general public or to yourselves personally?
Or, what makes their music so significant?
