What a night ,Nancy and Barbara!!! Thank you for sharing your story with us. You make us feel as we were there with you!
Every time we attend a concert we hope more or less seeing the artist, but from this till meeting the whole Simon's family! I had to read your posts several time to be sure you weren't telling a dream.

It is so nice to be able to watch the video's and have the memories come back. I am reminded that the audience didn't just sing the La La Li along with Paul and Artie - they sang every word of every song. What an outpouring of love! As I told Paul, "there was a lot of love for you guys in that room". It was one giant love fest.

I am still floating, and at times I think I must have imagined it. I am glad that Barb and Paul F. were there with me so I know it really did happen.What a lovely trip. I have mostly slept for two days. It must be hard work to get the dream of a lifetime fulfilled. I am so grateful!!!!

I think silk attracts dust and a purple shirt with dust would show up almost luminous under the stage lighting.
What a lovely story. I had to laugh at the way she just agreed with everything he said, like she was star-struck ! It does highlight his eccentricity though .... I am glad she encouraged him to write that darn book !

I just searched for them on youtube, Annamaria. I searched for "Simon Garfunkel Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" and these just popped up at the time.
